Hi there! I’m Linz, a holistic health coach and certified mind-body practitioner who specializes in helping women break free from anxious attachment. My mission is to empower women like you to prioritize your needs, heal old wounds, and create secure, fulfilling relationships.
I thought I’d kick off my blog with a little about me and what you can expect here. My story is one of self-discovery and learning to value myself, and I know many of you are on a similar journey.
My Story

I’ve spent most of my life in the DFW area of Texas, growing up as the second oldest of four kids. My favorite movie is Lord of the Rings, I love romantic stories and fantastical worlds, and I’m notorious for asking too many questions (just ask my husband!). Deep conversations over surface-level chats are definitely my vibe.
My love for connecting with people has guided me through relationship-centered jobs, from waitressing and event management to ministry and real estate. In each role, one truth kept showing up: women are valuable and enough exactly as they are.
But in order to help other women believe that truth, I had to start learning it about myself first. My own journey included painful experiences and unlearning the habit of seeking approval at the cost of my own identity. I know how easy it is to get lost in putting others first, but I’ve also learned this: you matter, too.
I’ve dedicated my work to helping women rediscover their worth and heal their relationship with themselves. If this resonates with you, you’re in the right place.
